2021 Joseph R. Biden and Kamala Deborah Harris are Sworn in as President and Vice President. She in capacity as President of the Senate swears in her replacement in the Senate and the two senators elect from Georgia giving Democrats a majority in the Senate. Biden also swears in people for certain government positions.
