1914 A draft of a note detailing the findings of no complicity in Archduke's Franz Ferdinand and his wife Sophie's killings is shown to the Emperor and sent to The Austrian Ambassador in Belgrade with instructions to present it to the Serbs on the 23 and the major powers the day after.

1914 Frederich Von Wisener reports to the Austro-Hungarian Government that based on an investigation conducted at Sarajevo he believes the Serb Government has nothing to do with killing the Archduke and his wife. The government then drafts an ultimatum that Serbia must accept by the 23rd or face war. Serbia appeals to Russia which says Serbia must accept the ultimatum which it does in principle.
